This mod replace all PC themes in GTA IV with WINDOWS VISTA THEMES

Internet Caffe replaced with Vista Ultimate
Home PC replaced with Vista Blue
Other PC-s replaced with Vista Blue

Use SPARK IV,Click button browse,and you will see all files

Then to EDIT file click on file one time and then click EDIT button,then you can IMPORT AND EXPORT TEXTURES

Can you say me what programm you use to edit it?I Know SparkIV but with what i can open up the exported Files?
