the best mod I've ever tried but when the weather is on sunny the whole image gets noisy I'm playing with the patch 1.0.7.0, any way to fix this issue please?

I downloaded this mod and it's only timecycles and screenshots inside. I thought this was an ENB that included "new roads" and such??
