GTA IV/EFLC Los Santos Weather V 3.1.4 (26.07.2017)
Work only with the updates 1.0.7.0-IV and 1.1.2.1-EFLC
-GTA V Visuality: careful attention to all hours and weathers!
-Feeling of summer heat!
-Manholes, air conditioners and mouth steam are disabled!
-If the Graphics Settings are maxed out the games will looks like the Current Gen!
-Turn off Night Shadows!!!
-No more harsh bloom, now the game use enb/icenhancer bloom effect!
-Volumetric sunlight, God Rays effect!
-Ambient occlusion SSAO_SSIL!
-V style clouds!
-V style el.light coronas with moving rays!
-Adaptation only daytime!
-Wet effect on the character and peds during rainy weathers!
-Ambient light around the skyscrapers during nights!
-During nights, the shadows and the light from the moon are visible only on appropriate places!
-Read the ReadMe.txt!!!

Please you can make this mod graphic V to version GTA IV v.1.0.8.0 & GTA EFLC v.1.1.3.0
the game version 1.0.8.0 & 1.1.3.0 it's fix Bug & Fps and small shadow graphic and support GPU Feuture and other.
I love all you mod

i just installed this mod, i am facing severe fps issue, and another problem is , no shadows, the reflection and all works but no shadow.. i got everything set on high on default. i am using a i5 6th gen processor with Nvidea 930m gpu. please help me to solve this problem

@t-ru I agree bro, default graphics are great, the man in rockstar, who made beautiful timecycles are genius=)
Yea, this redux and other graphic features cost performance, and i hear "my pc are low fps in redux, no screenshots my gtx 960 are bad" and other little child crying xD
Only visualV normal, in my opinion. But another thing the physics of cars, damages, euphoria effects. Ps3/xbox360 are ruined
In Gta 6 release physics and graphics normal, because current gen consoles

About waterpuddles, yes I made them, via reflection enb code, texture, shader code trigger, map points and parametres, BUT, they load in each Weather types ...
GTAV IS great and doesnt need graphics improvements, REDUX is shit, it;s Bikini Bottom.... read my post about it in v3.0

Are you play GTA 5?=) Game have enb, redux, visualV, but in waterpuddles not reflections of ambient/cars/buildings.
This is shaders work, hardly work for modding

This is shaders work, hardly work for modding

@Swokrao another improvement for game (enb series for examle) cost MORE performance than improvement in game engine by developers (rockstar). Its price of modding.
For example = GTA 5 with standard graphics and new Redux, cost more fps and enable graphics more beautiful.

Rockstar in RAGE version of GTA 4 dont use many effects (godrays, motion blur, ssao, aa and other). Yea, enb series enable this posteffects for gta 4, but, but, but. Thie is not standard graphic effect in RAGE version of gta 4.
But in new version RAGE of GTA 5 use many effects and they put in engine by default. Nice optimization gta 5 as a fact.

@Swokrao, bro, any enb need to configure to your system, low/middle system. Please more know to each setting in enbseries.ini or enbeffect/ enbbloom/ motionblur etc.
Disable sun godrays, because it high end configure and cost many many resources of your low/middle pc. And other parametries from 0 to 2 (0 - its high, 2 - low)
Please Read tutorial about enbsettings.ini and disable some functions which cost performance.
