Installation:
1)Open the rar file
2)Go to installation folder
3)Extract common,dsound.dll,ELS.asi,ELS.ini to GTA IV directory(Where GTAIV.exe is located)
4)Run Game and enjoy

Usage in-game
If you have Simple native trainer,do the following:
1)Start game
2)Press F3(trainer menu),go to options and select it
3)Disable Keys in disable keys option(NOTE-This will disable the hot keys for trainer)
4)close menu
5)Press J to enable/disable Primary ELS lights
6)Press K to enable/disable Secondary ELS lights
