hey ahmedgenius,
if your GTA IV is running slow,go to the pause menu,then go to the<Graphics>tab,empty these pars down the screen:View distance,Detail distance,vehicle density and shadow density,but set the <Video mode> to default ,
i had the same problem and i fix my problem,but i am running with windows XP.
