Can somebody pls get me the link of Emergency Light Mod/System (ELS or ELM) for Gta IV that really works.. I tried a couple of them and they doesnt work.. And of course some instructions with it.. Please.. I want ELS/ELM so much.. Pleaseee.. Greetings from Croatia..

the handling of the vehicle is so weak, can't let you to do a simple Pit Maneuver, how the videos show, i think this will be betther if the cars hit more hard, or being cop its better and dont being pwnd.

Why is the car invincible when the main siren is on? Also, why are some lights on when the main lights are not on when the car spawns? Default car is better than this...

I have a problem.
I download this car with ELS V4
but I have the native trainer too.
Can I put this mod to the game, cause both mods are ASI, and both mods have script hook.dll file. What can I do?

Die sprechen deutsch?
Super muss ich nicht so viel überlegen.
Finde es nämlich etwas seltsam das wenn man das ELS benutzt bei jedem Lichzyklus der Wagen vollständig repariert wird.
Ist das normal? Kann während der Fahrt mit laufender Sirene so oft ich will die Scheibe einschlagen damit ich schießen kann und sie is danach immer wieder ganz -.-
Ist mein erster ESL Mod.
Bis auf das ist das nen super Auto, nur der Hund auf der Rückbank find ich seltsam^^
