My first conversion mod, Obey 9F (including the cabrio version)

Feature:
-accurate collision
-breakable glass
-bullet hole on the body
-accurate dirt map

In the sound.txt file the following two lines should be "NULL_SOUND" instead:

policeScannerManufacturerSound = POLICE_SCANNER_MANUFACTURER_MAN_PFISTER

policeScannerModelSound = POLICE_SCANNER_MODEL_MOD_COMET

Apart from that it's a great mod :)
