The Vapid Flash GT from the Southern San Andreas Super Sport Series update.
I originally tested this with Sentinel handling but Sultan RS handling with tweaked center of mass would probably fit it better
Use https://gtaforums.com/topic/955449-iv-zolikapatch/ to unlock the 4 livery limit
