Beschreibung
This save was created as a spiritual sucsessor to another save
This save has a all-proof Yakuza Stinger at portland, an Dodo and FBI Kuruma with colors of a pedestrian-version Kuruma on Stauton Island (both all-proof), and All-proof Black Infernus, All-proof BF injection, all-proof Police car, and All-proof No-extras Taxi on Shoreside vale
Be careful with the gangs! I buffed some and debuffed some (like giving The Mafia M16s, None are hostile to you, Only attack when provoked, But i debuffed the Cartel by making them non-hostile to you)
