Added Third Stars Layer

Hello! The game uses two layers of wanted stars: one normal and the other highlighted. However, they are barely visible because there is no third layer behind them.

This mod adds an additional layer of wanted stars to make them more visible.

The folder contains several different versions, each with a different distance for the third layer.

If your preferred color is not available, you will need Sanny Builder. You can use it to change the color of these layers yourself.

Requirements:

• CLEO v1.6 or higher must be installed.

• Works only with version 1.1.

Goodbye!
